The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in the USA published a Final Rule in the Federal Register on March 25, 2024, regarding shared use of the 3100–3550 MHz band. The Wireless Telecommunication Bureau and Office of Engineering and Technology (WTB/OET) updated the Frequency Allocation Table for Cooperative Planning Areas (CPAs) and Periodic Use Areas (PUAs).
