The Working Group Frequency Management (WG FM) of the Electronics Communications Committee (ECC) opened five public consultations on June 12, 2025:
- Draft ECC Recommendation (25)03 – Guidelines for protecting FS and FSS and planning their deployment when introducing low and medium power terrestrial wireless broadband (WBB LMP) in the 3800–4200 MHz band, including cross-border considerations.
- Draft ECC Recommendation (25)02 – Cross-border coordination for Railway Mobile Radio (RMR) in the 900 MHz band, excluding GSM-R vs. GSM-R.
- Draft revision of ECC Decision (22)03 – Technical characteristics, exemption from individual licensing, and free circulation/use of specific radiodetermination applications in the 116–260 GHz range.
- Draft revision of ERC Recommendation 70-03 – Relating to the use of Short Range Devices (SRD).
- Draft revision ECC Recommendation (02)04 – Measuring non-ionising electromagnetic radiation (9 kHz – 300 GHz).
