Radio Spectrum Management (RSM) in New Zealand published the Radiocommunications Regulations (Radio Standards) Notice 2023 on July 10, 2023. The notice defines product classes, the applicable standards, and levels of conformity for each class, and also lists products exempt from requiring a Declaration of Conformity. The notice came into effect on July 1, 2023.
