The Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (RATEL) in Serbia has published a new Rulebook on Radio Equipment, aligned with the EU Radio Equipment Directive (RED). The Rulebook takes effect on June 1, 2024, with Certificate of Conformity (CoC) validity set at 5 years. Serbian CoCs will no longer be mandatory for radio products from December 31, 2026, and starting January 1, 2027, the CE Mark will suffice. Approve-IT plans to continue offering voluntary approval services after 2027.
