Japan MIC Launches Public Consultations on 6.7 MHz Band and Smart City Guidelines

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) in Japan has opened public consultations on:

• The Draft Report of the Radio Utilization Environment Committee concerning technical conditions for Electric Field-Coupled Wireless Power Transmission Systems operating in the 6.7 MHz band.
  
• The draft “Smart City Security Guidelines (Version 3.0).”
