Approve-IT attended the TCB Council Spring 2025 Workshop in Santa Clara, California, from April 1–3, 2025, sharing insights on how industry participation can influence global wireless compliance frameworks. Approve-IT team members Merritt Pulkrabek and Luis Calvimontes presented “Regulatory Impact through Public Consultations, Working Groups and Committees,” highlighting successful advocacy in Europe, Colombia, Mexico, Chile, and Bolivia. Their presentation demonstrated how engaging in working groups, public consultations, and standards committees can shape regulations to support innovation and protect consumers. Key takeaways emphasized the value of early and active participation in regulatory processes and how such involvement creates more balanced and effective compliance environments. Approve-IT also noted that regulatory advocacy can provide a competitive advantage for companies navigating complex certification landscapes.
