- Type approval certificates for local companies will now be valid for 2 years.
- Sample requirements have been removed from the type approval process.
- Expanded list of exempted products, including:
- Scanners, projectors
- Laptops without high-power radio communication functions or parts
- Wireless mouse, keyboard, and headsets (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth)
- Wireless chargers
- Cables and cords
- Empty cabins
- Remote short-range control devices using infra-red
- Hard disks, storage devices
- GPS navigation devices without high-power radio communication functions or parts
- Scanners, projectors
Electronic parts for production without high-power or low-power long-range radio communication.
