Vietnam’s Ministry of Science and Technology (MST) has issued Circular No. 41/2025/TT-BKHCN, published on November 30, 2025, following a prior public consultation on the technical regulation for radio access equipment operating in the 6 GHz band.
The Circular promulgates QCVN 136:2025/BKHCN for 6 GHz wireless devices and will take effect on January 1, 2027. From that date, the previous standard QCVN 47:2015/BTTTT will no longer apply.
