The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in the United States published a Public Notice on January 7, 2026, announcing an update to the Covered List that removes specific Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) and critical components for UAS.
In addition, the FCC released a Fact Sheet along with a set of FAQs addressing UAS and UAS critical components included in the Covered List.
