The Working Group Spectrum Engineering (WG SE) of the Electronic Communications Committee (ECC) has launched three public consultations. These include Draft ECC Report 376 on small IoT transmit-only satellite terminals for land and maritime applications operating in the 5850–5875 MHz and 14.0–14.5 GHz bands, and Draft ECC Report 377 addressing sharing and compatibility studies for Wireless Access Systems, including RLAN, up to 4 W e.i.r.p. in the 5945–6425 MHz band. Both consultations are open for comments until March 24, 2026.
In addition, a draft addendum to ECC Report 289 concerning further studies on unwanted emissions from Wireless Power Transmission for electric vehicle charging (WPT-EV) has been released for consultation, with comments accepted until March 31, 2026.
