The Autoridad de Regulación y Fiscalización de Telecomunicaciones y Transportes (ATT) has announced that the updated list of telecommunications equipment subject to homologation will take effect from March 2026, following its update on February 25, 2026. Applications submitted up to the date of publication will be processed under the previous requirements, while those submitted after publication must comply with the updated list.
