- Ato No. 17087: Technical Requirements for Electrical Safety
- Effective December 27, 2023, replacing Ato No. 950 of February 8, 2018.
- Ato No. 7971: Technical Requirements for IPv6 Protocol
- Becomes mandatory on January 8, 2024, with certain exclusions and standard replacements.
- Ato No. 2436: Minimum Cybersecurity Requirements for CPE Equipment
- Takes effect on March 10, 2024, setting additional cybersecurity standards for CPE equipment.
Key Highlights:
- Compliance with both Ato No. 77 and Ato No. 2436 required for CPE equipment from March 20, 2024.
- Maintenance processes for CPE-type products must adhere to new regulations after March 10, 2024.
- Routers sold at retail and supplied to operators subject to cybersecurity tests starting March 10, 2024.

- Products with Wi-Fi 7 technology may be certified using Wi-Fi 6E standards until IEEE releases the 802.11be standard.
