The Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones (ENACOM) issued a letter on November 10, 2023, stating that Motion Detection Radars are permitted in the 57–71 GHz frequency band without local testing. These devices may be approved using foreign test reports, provided they comply with the local power limits of 40 dBm EIRP and 43 dBm peak within the band.
