The Autorité de Régulation des Communications Électroniques et des Postes (ARCEP) adopted a new National Frequency Band Allocation Plan (NFAP) on January 9, 2025, which includes:
- 6425–7125 MHz band for IMT.
- 3600–3800 MHz band for 5G and next-generation mobile services.
ARCEP also published Decision No. 2025-011/ARCEP/CR on April 29, 2025, defining categories and conditions for stations composed exclusively of low-power, short-range devices, including the 5945–6425 MHz band for WAS/RLAN use.
