The Working Group Frequency Management (WG FM) of the Electronic Communications Committee (ECC) launched the following public consultations on February 14, 2025:
- Draft revision of T/R 25-08 – “Planning criteria and cross-border coordination of frequencies for land mobile systems in the range 29.7-470 MHz”
- Draft revision of ECC Recommendation (08)01 – “Use of the band 5855-5875 MHz for Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS),” covering Infrastructure-to-Vehicle (I2V) and Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) communications
- Draft ECC Decision (25)01 – “Designation of the frequency bands used by the Global Navigation Satellite System, Galileo, and technical and operational measures for the use of the frequency band 1258-1300 MHz by amateur and amateur-satellite services to protect the radionavigation-satellite service (space-to-Earth)”
Draft ECC Decision (25)02 – “Low power devices communicating with satellites within the frequency range 862-870 MHz”
