India MoEFCC Extends Timelines for Battery Waste Return Filings
The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC) issued an Order on July 10, 2024, extending the deadline for Battery Producers to submit annual returns under the Battery Waste Management Rules for FY 2023-24 to August 30, 2024.
