The Direktorat Jenderal Sumber Daya dan Perangkat Pos dan Informatika (SDPPI) has opened the following public consultations:

  • Draft Ministerial Regulation on Class Permit – This draft aims to regulate radio frequency spectrum use based on class permits, including the addition of frequency bands such as 5925–6425 MHz for RLAN use, and 315–405 kHz and 1700–1800 kHz for Short-Range Devices (SRD), particularly for Wireless Power Transmission (WPT).
  • Draft Ministerial Decree on RLAN – This draft specifies radio frequency spectrum under class permits for bands: 2400–2483.5 MHz; 5150–5250 MHz; 5250–5350 MHz; 5725–5825 MHz; 5925–6425 MHz; and 57–64 GHz. It also sets technical standards for telecommunications or RLAN equipment operating in the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, 6 GHz, and 60 GHz bands.
  • Draft Ministerial Regulation on WPT – This draft defines radio frequency spectrum under class permits for WPT, including 100–119 kHz; 119–135 kHz; 135–140 kHz; 140–148.5 kHz; 315–405 kHz; 1700–1800 kHz; 6765–6795 kHz; and 13,553–13,567 MHz, along with technical standards for WPT.
