The Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones (IFETEL) opened a public consultation on November 10, 2023, regarding a draft proposal to modify the frequency bands assigned to natural or legal persons holding rights to use and/or exploit the following frequencies: 162400 MHz, 162425 MHz, 162450 MHz, 162475 MHz, 162500 MHz, 162525 MHz, and 162550 MHz.
