Autorité de Régulation des Communications Électroniques et de la Poste (ARCEP) has issued Decision No. 000011/ARCEP/CNRCEP/25, introducing revised procedures for approving terminal and radioelectric equipment and for granting installer approvals. The updated process now requires a new approval form and mandates compliance with the RED Cybersecurity Directive. Applications that do not meet these requirements will be rejected. Due to the reforms now in effect, ongoing projects awaiting certificates or invoices are temporarily paused until all necessary documents are submitted.
