The Comisión Nacional de Telecomunicaciones (CONATEL) of Paraguay published Resolución Directorio N° 1035/2025 on April 23, 2025, authorizing the 5925–6425 MHz band for low-power wireless access systems.
- The 6425–7125 MHz sub-band is prohibited; all Wi-Fi 6E devices in Paraguay must have this sub-band disabled.
- Manufacturers and importers wishing to add Wi-Fi 6E functionality to already approved products may request a partial modification of their existing certificates.
