The President of the USA signed Executive Orders (EOs) on April 2, 2025, imposing reciprocal tariffs on all imports. From April 5, 2025, all shipments from any country are subject to a 10% duty. Implementation of adjusted tariffs for specific countries is paused until July 9, 2025, except for shipments from China, Hong Kong, and Macau, which face a 125% reciprocal tariff.
Between now and July 9, 2025:
- Shipments containing items with COO as China or Hong Kong require formal entry, with the entire package subject to a 120% tariff.
- For all other countries, packages under $800 may enter De Minimis. Packages over $800 require formal entry, COO, consignee Tax ID, Social Security Number (EIN), and additional documentation.
