On May 2, 2023, the Saudi Standards, Metrology, and Quality Organization (SASO) announced updates to HS Codes and their regulatory statuses on the SABER platform. The revised list encompasses technical regulations for Telecommunications and Low Voltage Electrical Equipment and Appliances. Effective from June 1, 2023, the updated HS Codes will be subject to these technical regulations.
