Sri Lanka’s Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (TRCSL) experienced temporary delays in early December 2025 due to severe weather and flooding caused by Cyclone Ditwah.
Despite office closures and travel disruptions, TRCSL continued accepting applications online. Operations are now gradually returning to normal, with lead times expected to improve.
