The Telecommunications Commission of Turks and Caicos has initiated a public consultation on proposed frameworks outlining license conditions and fee structures for satellite services. The proposal covers Satellite Network and Service License requirements for LEO, MEO, and GEO systems; Satellite Spectrum License conditions for the Ku/Ka bands; and associated fee structures for both service and spectrum authorizations. The consultation is open for comments until December 22, 2025.
