The Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources (MEPR) of Ukraine issued the Draft Law “On Electrical and Electronic Equipment and Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment” on December 26, 2023. The Draft Law aims to establish principles for managing waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) to ensure environmental safety and protect human health.
