USA FCC Issues Final Rule on 6 GHz Band Unlicensed Use
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) published a Final Rule on unlicensed use of the 6 GHz frequency band, aiming to expand flexible use of the mid-band spectrum between 3.7–24 GHz. The Rule will take effect on May 5, 2025.
