The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has issued a Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture to a company included on the Covered List for failing to provide required information regarding its subsidiaries and affiliates also on the Covered List. The FCC has proposed a penalty of $188,491 for the company’s failure to submit the information in a timely manner.
