The Ministry of Information and Communication (MIC) released Draft Circular QCVN 117:2023/BTTTT, “National technical regulation on Land Mobile User Equipment – Radio Access,” covering 2G, 3G, and 4G products. MIC will officially issue the standard on March 1, 2024, with mandatory compliance starting July 1, 2024. Type Approval Certificates for products imported into Vietnam must be updated to the new standard by that date.
