Vietnam’s Ministry of Science and Technology (MST) has issued Circular No. 52/2025/TT-BKHCN, published on December 31, 2025, following an earlier public consultation on the draft EMC circular.The Circular promulgates QCVN 86:2025/BKHCN, the national technical regulation on electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) for mobile terminal and ancillary equipment used in digital cellular telecommunications systems, and will take effect on February 16, 2026.
